My daughter Sierra was born on the 19th, my son Marco was born on the 28th, and my father was born in the year 1928. It’s my way to honor three very special people in my life.
And yes, I do love the Glam Style of that era and where appropriate I always add a sprinkle here and there.
I love to see spaces transformed, with some old characteristics married with new and current materials and finishes. I believe that no matter the design style, a space should be beautiful, harmonious, and livable and it should bring peace, comfort and joy for family and friends as they live and gather.
I have lived and worked in Canada and the U.S. South West where I renovated and decorated historical homes and commercial buildings, including the renovation of an 1898 commercial building in Durango Colorado, earning the Colorado Governor’s award in 2009 for the “Best Downtown Rehabilitation”. I’ve successfully flipped houses, assisted clients with renovations of their 1980’s, 1990’s and early 2000’s homes and offices. I have assisted homeowners with everything from new home builds; whole house renovations; space planning; as well as paint colour, furniture, fixtures, and materials, selections.
As a homeowner, with my share of selling homes and moving, I know how stressful the process of moving can be–even if it’s for positive reasons. There are so many moving pieces! I have staged many homes, large and small, including a project which received a full price offer ($1.4 million USD) first day on the market, first showing and $200,000 over market.
As a seasoned designer and stager, your project will be handled with the highest level of professionalism through diplomatic communication, impeccable organization and attention to detail.
My design experience helps me to visualize and execute the best floor plan to create harmonious and inviting spaces.
